How it works
Every migration is scripted and repeatable, so the test import and the final import run the same way.
1. Review
We look through your QuickBooks file for duplicates, unused accounts and open items that need attention.
2. Test import
We load a copy into a test Odoo database and compare the trial balance, receivables and payables to your QuickBooks reports.
3. Cutover
On your chosen date we run the final import and you start entering new work in Odoo.
4. Go-live and support
You keep QuickBooks as a read-only archive, and we stay on call to fix issues and make changes.
Common questions
Do I have to stop using QuickBooks right away?
No. You keep working in QuickBooks until the cutover date. The test import runs alongside it.
QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
Either. We work from your exports, so both are supported.
Can I keep my history?
You keep your QuickBooks file as a read-only archive, and prior-year history can be loaded into Odoo for reporting.
